Guangxin Technology Participates in the 2026 New Power System Development (Chongli) Forum
From September 21 to 23, the 2026 New Power System Development (Chongli) Forum, hosted by the China Electricity Council, was successfully held in Chongli, Hebei Province. Convened in the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan to put into practice General Secretary Xi Jinping's important directives on accelerating the building of a new energy system, the forum set out to balance energy security and stable supply with the green and low-carbon transition, speed up the development of new power systems, and underpin both China's drive to become an energy powerhouse and the delivery of its "dual carbon" goals.
Under the theme "Building New Power Systems Together, Powering a Strong Energy Nation," the forum brought together leaders, experts and delegates from government departments, power utilities and enterprises, research institutions, universities, industry associations and international organizations. Discussions focused on frontier practices and innovations in new power system development, the integration of computing and power in support of national strategies, and global cooperation on energy governance. By pooling cross-sector synergies, the participants sought to advance the green and low-carbon transition and to contribute their expertise and collective strength to the high-quality development of the energy and power sector.
