Announcement on Replacing the Representative for Continuous Supervision and Sponsorship

The company and all members of the board of directors guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the announcement content, without false records, misleading statements, or significant omissions, and assume individual and joint legal responsibilities for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of its content. Hunan Guangxin Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received a letter from its sponsor, Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongxing Securities"), on October 15, 2025, regarding the replacement of the representative for continuous supervision and sponsorship.

Due to job changes, Mr. Zhou Lei and Mr. Zhang Yuzhong, the original sponsor representatives, will no longer continue to serve as the sponsor representatives for the company's continuous supervision. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the continuous supervision work, Dongxing Securities has decided to appoint sponsor representatives Mr. Zhu Haizhou and Ms. Tian Ge (see attached resume for details) to replace Mr. Zhou Lei and Mr. Zhang Yuzhong in the company's subsequent continuous supervision work and continue to fulfill their responsibilities. After the change of the sponsor representative, the company will publicly issue stocks to unspecified qualified investors and list them on the Beijing Stock Exchange. Mr. Zhu Haizhou and Ms. Tian Ge will continue to supervise the sponsor representatives until the end of the continuous supervision obligations stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Beijing Stock Exchange.
