Hunan Guangxin Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2004 and was successfully listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange in June 2025 under the stock abbreviation "Guangxin Technology" (Stock Code: 920037). Headquartered in Xinshao County, Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, the company currently operates six wholly-owned subsidiaries: Xinshao Dexin Insulating Paperboard Co., Ltd., Guangxin New Materials Technology (Changsha) Co., Ltd., Hunan Guangxin Insulation Materials Research Institute Co., Ltd., Changsha Guangxin Supply Chain Co., Ltd., Shaoyang Guangxin Technology Co., Ltd., and Hong Kong Guangxin Power Transmission and Distribution Industry Chain Technology Co., Ltd., as well as one controlled subsidiary: Jiangsu Xinrun Electric New Materials Co., Ltd.
